The online registration procedure includes delegates and accompanying persons registration as well as room reservation at the Hotel Hasseludden and Backstage Hotel (former PopHouse Hotel).

Confirmation of registrations as well as the invoices will be sent to all delegates via email.

The registration fees include welcome dinner on Wednesday evening, and professional/accompanying program on Thursday and Friday including lunch. Note that the invoice will be in local currency (SEK).

Your final program, list of attendees, identification badge (to wear at all events) and general information on Stockholm will be handed out at the beginning of the Congress.

The following cancellation rules apply:

• by February 28, 2023 - full refund
• from March 1 to April 13, 2023 - 50 % refund of total amount
• after April 13, 2023 - no refund

The total amount includes the registration fee as well as the costs for accommodation. In case of early departure, the remaining night(s) will still be charged. In this context, we cannot consider any cases of illness, short term change of dates, strikes or similar circumstances. This type of risks can be covered by arranging a private travel cancellation insurance. NB: If you are not able to attend the congress, you can be replaced by someone of your company (please state this change in writing to unionip@bokningsbolaget.se).
